1. How do I know if the product I buy is authentic?
You can scan the barcode printed in our product packaging.

2. Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not. We strive to make sure all our products are safely conduct & cruelty free of any form.

3. Do you have full list of your ingredients?
Of course, you can find the ingredients panels on the product packaging.

4. What can I do if I have allergic to the ingredient of your products?
We suggest that you read the ingredients before using the products.

5. Can I return the product?
If you are not completely satisfied with a LON & GIN purchase, please review our return, refund policy. Product must be returned in new or gently used condition.

6. Where can I buy products in stores?
Currently, our products are available only at Metro Town, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. You can make purchase in store if you are nearby to the place. Otherwise, you need to make the purchase in our online shop.

7. What methods of payment does LON & GIN accept?
We currently accept all payment using FPX/Online Banking.In the moment longinhq.com does not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).

1. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Once your payment has been verified, we will process and ship your order within 2 business days.
Order after 5pm will be processed on the next business day.
An email with the tracking number will be sent to you once the item has been shipped.

2. When will I receive my order?
For Local Delivery (Malaysia), it will take within 7 business days for your parcel to be delivered.

3. How much will the postage fee cost?
Free of charge

4. Can I change my delivery address?
No changes are allowed once the order is processed/shipped.

5. What would happen if I was not around when the courier partner arrived at my delivery address?

A note will be left at your doorstep should there's no one is around during the delivery. You may contact them directly to check the status of the parcel or to arrange a self-pickup at their facility.

1. What happens after an order is made?
You will receive an email confirmation on your purchase with an Order Number. Be sure to check your order status on our website at longinhq.com by logging into your account.
Once your payment has been verified, we will process and ship your order within 2 business days. An email with the tracking number will be sent to you once the item has been shipped.


2. Can I add/remove/change items upon order successfully placed?
Sorry, no changes can be made once an order has been placed. We highly recommend that you review your order before proceeding to checkout.

We accept all Credit/Debit Card under VISA & MASTERCARD or Online banking via Direct Transfer

2. Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not accept COD service at the moment.

3. I was charged double for my order, what should I do?
We would advise you to quickly drop us an email to [email protected] for us to investigate with our finance department. Please provide us the purchase detail in the email:
